Overview:

Functions as a supporter, aiding clients in accessing resources during times of loss, which encompass services like grief therapy and mental health support. Demonstrates prudent decision-making and honed abilities to aid patients and their families in dealing with the emotional and logistical challenges linked to a patient's condition. Cultivates trust and collaboration from patients, their families or support networks, and fellow healthcare providers through adept patient evaluation, diligent supervision, considerate care, and efficient communication. Adheres to pertinent local, state, and federal guidelines, regulations, codes, as well as established protocols to ensure confidentiality and safety while delivering top-notch patient care. Additionally, may have responsibilities involving specific procedures and/or educational tasks.

EDUCATION:

Master's: Social Work

2 years recent relevant experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

MSW-Medical Social Worker

BLS-Basic Life Support

INS-Automobile Insurance

DL-California Driver's License
